Shipping Policy

 

Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. Estimated shipping times are 1-5 business days for the continental USA (west coast being the longest) and 5-7+ days Alaska and Hawaii.All We do not ship on weekends or holidays.  Next Day Air and 2-Day Air also refer to business days. Our warehouse is located in NY.  We cannot be responsible for courier delays in shipping. 

If you notice there is any damage to the exterior of the shipping carton or any components inside or any items appear to be missing from your order, please contact us.

 

Pricing

 

We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors. All orders are subject to review and final confirmation by STANEG LLC regardless of whether your order has been paid for. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not provide price protection if our advertised price drops.

STANEG LLC ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE EXPENSE OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT TO STANEG LLC, RENTAL OF A LIKE PRODUCT DURING THE TIME WARRANTY SERVICE IS BEING PERFORMED, TRAVEL, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, OR INCONVENIENCE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

2-Year warranty

All new Staneg tennis ball machines in the form of parts warranty and remote service support. Lithium Batteries have the same warranty as the machine. Out-of-warranty repairs performed by Staneg LLC, the exclusive distributor of Staneg products in the USA, have a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Out-of-warranty repairs performed by the customer have a 6-month warranty on parts only. This warranty applies to defects resulting from normal use and does not apply to damage caused by abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorized repair and/or modification, failure to follow instructions in the product manual, or alteration or removal of the serial number label. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage to the tennis ball machine, including, but not limited to, scratches and dents that do not otherwise affect the functionality of the product. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from normal wear and tear or normal aging of the system. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase by you. If you are experiencing problems with your tennis ball machine, please call us so we can troubleshoot the problem over the phone. We are happy to send you easily replaceable parts and a how-to video free of charge. Please note that replacement parts (including machines) are shipped via standard shipping. If you would like expedited shipping, you will be charged an additional fee. In order to return the machine to our facility for repair, you must request a Return Material Authorization (‘RMA’) number. Machines returned for warranty repair without an RMA # will not be accepted. This warranty is only available to the original customer and is only enforceable by the original customer and is not transferable or assignable. For warranty repairs, you must ship the machine or part, as applicable, to our NY facility at your expense and we will ship it back to you at your expense (except for non-continental addresses such as Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, APO addresses, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, where you will be required to pay shipping both ways). For out-of-warranty repairs performed by Staneg LLC or by you, the customer, you must pay shipping back to our facility and back to you. Please keep the original custom shipping carton and inner packaging in the unlikely event that you need to return your machine for repair or refund.

Return Policy

 

While we are confident that you will be very pleased with your Staneg tennis ball machine, we understand that there may be times when you may want to return your Staneg tennis ball machine for a refund. For this reason, we offer the option to return your Staneg tennis ball machine for a partial refund if it is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. First, you must contact us by phone or email. To qualify for this refund, the machine must be returned in its original box and all original packaging. The machine must be returned in resalable condition, with all parts free of any scratches or dents inside or out, meaning it is in ‘like new’ condition. The refund amount will be the price you paid, excluding shipping costs, whether the machine was used or not, minus a 10% restocking fee, with the following exception: If the machine was used on clay, the restocking fee will be increased by $150 as this will require the machine to be completely disassembled and cleaned to make it resalable. We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping the machine back to us. We strongly recommend that you send the machine insured for its full value, as we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred in shipping. Please obtain a tracking number and email or phone us. Please note that we can only extend this return policy to undamaged machines in the original custom shipping carton and with all original interior packaging, included accessories and manual. If this machine has been offered for rental or other commercial use within the 30 day period, the return policy does not apply, regardless of whether such rental or commercial use actually occurred. All machines are tested to ensure that they work perfectly before being shipped. Returns and refunds for a machine that does not appear to be working within 30 days will only be accepted if you cooperate with our troubleshooting team to ensure that the problem is not user error, a blown fuse or an adjustment to the machine setting. This is to ensure that the machine is truly defective and cannot be operated. Please do not write anything on the box, only attach the shipping label with the shipping and return address, otherwise we will charge you the cost of a new box. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will apply a credit to the payment method used for the machine. Upon return, the refund of the product price will be sent back to the card used at the time of purchase, minus a 10% restocking fee. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Returns are typically processed within 21 business days of receiving your return. However, it may take 5-10+ business days for your credit card issuer to post the refund to your credit card account. This return policy only applies to machine orders that include an internal or external battery and charger and/or AC Adapter. We do not issue refunds on Covers, Lids, Ball Bags or unpressurized tennis balls unless they are unused and in their original sealed plastic packaging.

 

This 30-Day Return and Refund Policy does not apply to demo, refurbished or refurbished machines or batteries, battery bags, battery cables, chargers, AC Adapters or remote controls not purchased with the ball machine order.

 

Any machine or product returned for any reason must be returned insured for the full retail value as we are not responsible for loss or damage incurred during shipping.

 

All references to Staneg on this page refer to STANEG LLC.
